Walking In Life provide services directly to Home Care Package (HCP), Short Term Restorative Care (STRC) and National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) clients in the comfort of your own homes. We provide tailored allied health services to clients across Sydney. Walking In Life now have immediate availability for HCP, STRC and NDIS referrals in our services. Our integrative model allows client to access a range of services collaboratively and efficiently. We prioritize helping clients reach specific goals, prolong their independence at home, and improve their overall quality of life.
HOME CARE PACKAGE (HCP)
Home Care Packages are one of the ways that older Australians can access affordable care services to get some help at home. They are designed for those with more complex care needs that go beyond what the Commonwealth Home Support Programme can provide.
Walking In Life provides Help At Home services with our well-trained practitioners to keep patients well and improve their daily life activities.
Short Term Restorative Care (STRC)
The STRC Programme provides support for up to 8 weeks to help older people continue to live at home rather than go into care. It aims to reverse or slow functional decline so that older people can delay or avoid long-term care.
Older people want to live in their own home as they age. The STRC Programme helps older people achieve this, by:

National Disability Insurance Scheme （NDIS）
The National Disability Insurance Scheme is a scheme of the Australian Government that funds reasonable and necessary supports associated with significant and permanent disability for people under 65 years old.
